Two nuns in 1923 (ph_1767)

The year 1923 marked the fiftieth anniversary of the arrival of the first Religious Hospitallers in Saint-Basile. That year, Sister Laurette Lachance was a novice and Sister Anne-Marie Dionne was already a professed nun. On the wall are the photos of Mrs. Berlinguet, wife of the architect and also a friend of the community, and Msgr. Louis Napoléon Dugal, ecclesiastical superior of the Religious Hospitallers and parish priest of Saint-Basile.
