Mrs. Euphémie Cyr and her daughter Ida (ph_3645)

Euphémie Soucy, wife of Jérôme Cyr of Saint-Basile, had a son priest named Wilfrid and three daughters who were nuns: Marie, Almida and Ida. Ida was religious hospitaller in the order of the Chanoinesses de Saint-Augustin in Quebec. Mrs Cyr retired at the convent of Saint-Basile. She died there and was buried in the Sisters’ cemetery.
