Félix Morneault (1902-1962) (ph_3581)

Thériault of Saint-Jacques and younger brother of Sisters Lucie Morneault and Saint-Charles (Joséphine). Félix was a boarding school pupil in Saint-Basile in 1916 and 1917. He did his classical studies at Saint-Joseph College of Memramcook and theology at Holy Heart Seminary in Halifax. He was ordained priest in Grand Falls in 1928. Father Morneault was parish priest in Miscou, Baker Lake and Saint-Quentin. In 1960, Msgr. Morneault received the title of Honorary Prelate.
