Construction of the monastery (ph_2631)

In the autumn of 1908, the men worked at the garrets of the French roof in the north section of the monastery. The chimney is finished. To the right, the walls of the third floor on the other section of the monastery have reached their height. The masons are Joseph Marquis, Pierre Charron, David Caron and Louis Dionne. Their helpers are Joseph Ouellet, Georges Guay, Georges Gagnon, Elie Beaulieu, Amédée Beaulieu and Désiré Lebel. The carpenters hired were Lévite Michaud, Rémi Michaud, Joseph Clavet and Augure Clavet. Other day labourers are Alfred Thériault, Irénée Voisine, Mathias Viel, Florian Dionne, Hubert Martin, Péa Martin and Thomas Michaud.
