Surgery on a child in 1906 (ph_3605)

From left to right, Dr. Adolphe Guy, Dr. Desjardins, oculist, Sister Saint-Louis (Marie Martin), Sister Maillet (Alphonsine Ranger) and Mother Richer (Eugénie Prud’homme). In the front, at right, Dr. P.H. Laporte and Dr. Leprohon, otorhinolaryngologist. The people assembled for the photo are without a doubt the child’s parents. Each year, Dr. Leprohon and Dr. Desjardins came from Montreal for consultations and stayed two weeks. They offered their services free of charge to the Sisters.
