Jean-François Pouliot (ph_787)

This young man was the son of Eugène Pouliot from Rivière-du-Loup who stayed for some time at Hôtel-Dieu in Saint-Basile with his mother, when he was a child. This photo showing Jean-François at age sixteen was given to the Sisters on April l3, 1906. He later became member of Legislative Assembly from 1924 to 1955 and senator from 1955 à 1969. He was a close friend of Sister Maillet.
