Claudia Lavoie (ph_3460)

Daughter of Regis Lavoie and Sophie Thériault, Claudia was born in Saint-Basile and studied at the Academy of Hôtel-Dieu. After, she attended Normal School in Fredericton and obtained her diploma in 1905. After teaching one year, she entered the noviciate. She taught school for over forty years and was useful to her community as singer, director of the choir and secretary. Photo taken in 1905.
