Maurille Voisine and Father Ernest Lang (am_1686)

Maurille Voisine, manager of the Caisse populaire of Saint-Basile since the beginning, hands to Father Ernest Lang, organizer of the Marian Congress with a surplus of about $16,500. A part of this sum will be used for the construction of the Regional School in 1953. Maurille and his wife Dorina Racine are the grandparents of the popular singer Roch Voisine. Photo taken in 1951.
