Classroom in Hôtel-Dieu Academy around 1918 (ph_1836)

There were several classrooms on the first floor of Saint-Louis boarding school, used for the young boarders and the day pupils. Up to 1915, the older girls’ classes were in the first brick building. After the opening of Sainte-Catherine boarding school, the older girls classes were transferred to the third floor above the chapel.
