Hunting party (am_561)

Hotel owners, and rich businessmen active in diverse enterprises, Albénie Violette and Charles Cyr were friends and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Albénie Violette owned several hunting and fishing camps in Quebec and in Maine, but his favourite was at the Summit, not too far from Juniper, New Bunswick. Charles Cyr died suddenly while on an excursion at the Summit in 1920. From left to right: a Raymond Devost, Albénie Violette and Charles Cyr. Photo taken around 1920.
